Rise Against Hunger works alongside communities worldwide to build food security and long-term resilience. Our approach is grounded in three interconnected focus areas: nutrition, education and economic empowerment.
When people experience hunger, it’s more difficult to learn, work and plan for the future. Through nutritious meals and support for local food systems, we help families and communities meet their most immediate needs while laying the foundation for long-term food security. Much of this work is made possible by volunteers like you! When you participate in a Rise Against Hunger meal packaging event, you package nutritious meals that are distributed in food-insecure regions around the world.
Come join us on October 11th at 2:00PM in the Upper Fellowship Hall to pack 11,000 meals to help those in need.
