Interim Pastor / Interim Head of Staff
Rev. Kelly-Ann Rayle
Rev. Kelly-Ann Rayle received her Master of Divinity from Union Presbyterian Seminary in Richmond, Virginia, in 2015, and is an ordained pastor in the Presbyterian Church (USA). She brings to Three Chopt Presbyterian Church a rich background in transitional ministry, having served congregations in Virginia and Illinois with a focus on worship, congregational care, and leadership development. Her passion is helping communities of faith listen for God’s voice, deepen their relationships with one another, and faithfully discern their next steps.
Kelly-Ann will begin her ministry at Three Chopt Presbyterian Church in February 2026. She is grateful to be returning to Richmond and is eager to partner with the congregation in building a vibrant, hope-filled future rooted in Christ’s love.
Kelly-Ann and her husband, Steve, have two adult children, Alex and Emily. She enjoys good food, traveling, decorating, and, of course, gymnastics! Her life is shaped by a deep love for God’s Word, her family, and a joyful spirit that always leaves room for a cartwheel or two.
Director of Promises Preschool
Courtney Bevan
Courtney Bevan has spent the last 2 decades pouring into children and families in the community. She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a concentration in Early Childhood Development and a Master’s in Teaching. Courtney has an extensive background in childhood development, behavior management for children ages 3 years old to 7 years old, teaching, parent education, and educational leadership.
Courtney is a native of Richmond and loves everything Richmond has to offer. She is a mom to 3 boys, Carter, Wyatt, & Brooks, who all attend school in Henrico County Public Schools. She volunteers with the Lab Rescue of Greater Richmond through fostering labs in need and social media content for their various social media outlets. She has 2 Labs at home- Millie (chocolate lab) and Bryson (yellow lab). When she isn't serving at Promises, Courtney enjoys traveling, anything near water, volunteering at her home church and children's school, and watching
baseball.
Music Director
Chelsea LaMonica
Professional choral director and life-long vocalist/pianist, Chelsea LaMonica has been making music in church since she was very young - whether singing solos or following her father around the pews during his own church choir rehearsals. It was as a member of the Rooke Chapel Choir at Bucknell University, however, that she first felt called to share music as a director. Following her graduation from Temple University with her Masters of Music in Choral Conducting in 2012, she accepted that calling and served as the Director of Music at Christ Church UCC in Elizabethtown, PA, leading the music ministry there from 2013-2015.
Since 2015, Chelsea has been the Middle and Upper School Chorus Teacher at Fredericksburg Academy in Fredericksburg, VA. Chelsea and her husband Steve both teach at the same school (Steve teaches History and Latin) and have lived in Virginia with their two wonderful dogs for seven years. In their free time, both Steve and Chelsea can be found playing board games, discussing all things nerdy, taking their dogs for daily “pack walks,” and reading. Chelsea could not be more excited to continue the music tradition at Three Chopt Presbyterian Church.
Office Manager
Genevieve Mellott
Genevieve Mellott has long been passionate about helping organizations tell their stories through thoughtful, engaging visual and written content, and she enjoys and excels at completing administrative projects and tasks. A graduate of Virginia Tech, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology, Genevieve has a unique understanding of both human behavior and effective communication. She has collaborated with businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations, producing projects ranging from marketing campaigns and publications to annual calendars and theatre playbills. She is known for her attention to detail, creativity, and ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging messages.
Outside of her professional work, Genevieve enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters, gardening, playing card and board games, attending “Family Group” Bible study, and welcoming her kids’ friends into her home. She is committed to growing meaningful relationships and using her skills to make a positive impact in the lives of others at Three Chopt Presbyterian Church.
Children’s Ministry Coordinator
Lynn Wiard
You can go home again!
Lynn is blessed to return to Three Chopt Presbyterian Church after being gone for five years, serving as Children’s Ministry Director in two churches in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Lynn comes to us with many years of experience working with children in both secular and religious environments. Lynn’s passion for children and working with children has been one of the greatest blessings in her life. Children’s ministry provides her with a wonderful opportunity to love, teach, and grow with God’s children and their families.
Lynn attended the University of Delaware and the Baltimore School of Design, graduating with degrees in Early Childhood Education and Interior Design. She has worked in children’s ministry in several churches in the Virginia Beach/Richmond area where her creative nature shone. She is married to Dr. Dan Wiard, retired Director of Christian Education at Salisbury Presbyterian Church in Midlothian and Mount Pleasant Presbyterian Church in SC. They recently moved back from SC to Midlothian, Virginia.
Dan and Lynn have been blessed with eight wonderful children and five grandchildren. In addition, they are foster parents working with Hope Tree Family Services. God is truly Good! Free time includes spending time with Dan, getting together with family, kayaking, and relaxing at the beach with a good book.
She is blessed to get to work alongside God’s greatest gift - the children at TCPC.
Youth Ministry Coordinator
Caitlin Hahn Tilman
Caitlin Hahn Tilman grew up at Three Chopt. Her time in our youth group was so meaningful to her that she studied Religious Studies (and Psychology) at William & Mary and then returned to Richmond to attend Union Presbyterian Seminary to pursue youth ministry. She graduated from Union in 2019 with her Master of Divinity and Master of Christian Education. She served as a youth director in two different churches before stepping back from professional ministry and returning to her beloved TCPC in 2021. She has worked in the Inside Sales department at Estes Express Lines since 2021 and is continuing to do so while also being the Interim Coordinator of Youth Ministries. Caitlin is so excited to be back in professional youth ministry at the church that will always be her home. Having been a youth here from 2004-2011 and then a youth advisor from 2015-2017 and from 2021 until now, Caitlin is excited to combine her knowledge of what has worked for our youth group in different eras, her familiarity with our wonderful youth and their families, and her professional training to continue a great youth group experience for our students.
Caitlin got married at TCPC this spring and lives with her husband Aaron and their cat Sasha. She enjoys shark tooth hunting, spending time outside with friends, making art, and crocheting stuffed animals.

Deacon Ministry
The office of Deacon is a historic office of the Presbyterian Church. In the New Testament, Deacons were appointed to care for the distribution of food and other necessities to the poor and needy members of the church.
The Board of Deacons of TCPC is a body of believers called to ministry and servanthood by Jesus Christ. We are called by God and elected by members to serve under the authority of Scripture and the Session of TCPC. We acknowledge that the Holy Spirit empowers us to this ministry of compassion, care, and communication throughout the congregation and our community.
This is done in a number of ways: communicating and praying for members of our church family and friends; staying connected and involved in the life of the church; knowing and recognizing when a special need exists in the congregation; welcoming and shepherding new members, prospective members, and visitors; serving and supporting individuals and families in times of joy.
